Being a buyer means having a 360° vision of the company's business. We collect the wishes of our DIY stores, source the ideal supplier for the requested product and then we follow the entire life cycle of the product until it is sold in the stores. This requires a significant capacity for listening the feedback of people on the ground. But also, we must watch at all times to find disruptive products, or good deals, that will make the difference with our competitors.

In coordination with the buyers, we stage the products range in order to design an optimized sales area.

We also constantly make sure that our product offers always fit with the customers’ expectations.

It's been 5 years since I arrived at Bamappro, as a procurement coordinator. I went through the Purchasing department before being integrated into the Data division. This division has a major role and is in contact with all the DIY service poles. Bur it is also in connection with our suppliers and our counterparties in our stores in the French Overseas Territories.

With our young and dynamic team, we process the orders of our DYI stores from A to Z. We ensure as well the proper delivery to our freight forwarders, allowing the availability of products to customers in store. And all this done with an everyday good mood!!!
